East Meets West (EMW)-1 1/2 oz Armagnac
-1 oz Sake
-3 Shiso leaves
-1/2 oz Jasmin syrup
-1 1/2 oz Ginger beer
-Garnish: Mint leaves
Mix Armagnac, Sake, Japanese shiso leaves, jasminm syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint leaves. (Cocktail created by Cocktail Times Master Mixologist, Junior Merino)
